She has fired back with her own response.<BR/><BR/>Both of them really need to chill.<BR/><BR/>The crisis is not, of course, Tymoshenko's fault.<BR/><BR/>And Tymoshenko did something absolutely stupid and bizarre. Even though, by Constitution, only the President has the power to dismiss the head of the National Bank of Ukraine, she organized 2 no-confidence votes, and a bizarre vote to invalidate the previous confirmation of the head of the NBU by the Rada.<BR/><BR/>The Ukrainian Parliament (Rada) votes, by Constitution, only to confirm the President's appointee - or not.<BR/><BR/>They waste more time - and money - and effort in Ukraine on these types of bizarre games than is humanly possible.<BR/><BR/>Both of them talked about staying calm, and getting the government together to work on the crisis.<BR/><BR/>But, instead, the more talk there is of the government working together, the more the personal war between Yushchenko and Tymo escalates.<BR/><BR/>They both need to chill.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
